Our current rates for 2024 are noted below with each cottage. A $200 deposit is required and our cancellation policy is a full refund if made 3 weeks prior to stay. We accept cash, checks or credit cards.
The cottages are very rustic, we do not provide any television or internet service. We do provide bedding, pillows, towels and kitchen linens. We are Pet friendly in Bird’s Tweet and Happy Days cottages only.

Screened-in porch with a beautiful view overlooking the spacious lawn, sandy beech, ample dock, and scenic Sawyer Harbor. Pet friendly.

HILL CREST
Our largest cottage, with a large living room, sofa sleeper and two easy chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room with a table that seats 8. Bathrooms on both floors, main floor bathroom is accessed from the outside. Five bedrooms. Two-sided, wrap-around screened porch with a large table, offering a beautiful view overlooking the spacious lawn, sandy beach, ample dock, and scenic Sawyer Harbor.

LAPPING WATERS
Our completely renovated cottage in summer of 2023, Lapping Waters is our smallest cabin that sits on the shores of Sawyer Harbor. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Bathroom with stand up shower. Sleeps 4. Water side deck offering a beautiful view overlooking scenic Sawyer Harbor.
